How long does an installation actually take?

Discovery and diagnostic is two weeks. Foundation work — getting the data clean and the business instrumented — typically runs four to eight weeks depending on the complexity of your current operations. Installation of the operating system itself starts immediately after foundation and continues in production. Most engagements have the system creating measurable value within the first 90 days.

What if my data is messy?
